I have many fond memories of Whitey Carlson's '74 Five-Niner club and my being in the third-pledge class for the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity.

The research-training of the historiography class has served me well over the years for writing legal memos.

I am most grateful to Dr. Stephen Gould, who despite my inability to learn other languages, never lost faith in my obstinate wish to try repeatedly.
