Mission House College Student Costs in 1941 from Paul Olm-Stoelting '43

How amazing! Can you believe what is printed below? Most younger folks today cannot conceive of what is shared here. Recently I unearthed a March 26, 1941 copy of the Mission House Mirror and came across student costs per semester, data that President Paul Grosshuesch had written. Here it is...believe it or not!

"The rural location of the Mission House permits economy without sacrificing quality."

Cost For Resident Students per Semester

Room and Board $100

Tuition $50

New Students Matriculation Fee $10

Activities and Contingent Fee $15

Diploma Fee (AB and BTh degrees) $5

Breakage Fee $4

Outside Necessary Costs Per Year $350-400
