A most memorable activity for me was being a member of the A Cappella Choir. It meant many joyful hours of rehearsal for the anthems to be sung in concert at area churches. A highlight was the two-week Spring Concert Tour, which took us to churches in neighboring states. The bus got stuck in the mud on our way to a rural church in Kansas; the guys got out to push the bus free, enabling us to get to the church on time. These concerts provided us the opportunity to not only sing beautiful anthems, but also to speak informative words about the college and preparing students for their chosen vocations.
